!! 3 hour Stability Training Workshop with Jay Kratz !!
I welcome Jay Kratz to help us as dancers live a more pain free and balanced life through his body awareness techniques and practices. If you’re looking for better balance, control of movement, lessen pain as you move or just improve the way you dance- this is a workshop for you. I was amazed how his techniques quickly and successfully corrected my own issues. Join me and let’s keep on DANCING!
Date: Saturday Dec 9, 2017 –
Time: 1:00- 4:15pm/ please arrive by 12:45pm – there will be a break at 2:30pm
Fee: $39 pp until Dec 8 – cash, check, cc. ($59 day of event)

What to expect day of:
*pre sign in form to have filled out before the workshop
*wear comfortable clothes like if going to a gym, yoga, etc
*bring either a large towel or yoga type matt – we will be doing some floor exercises (there will be chair options also)

Jay Kratz CPT, LMT: Jay is the founder of the META Approach and a founder of META MVMT™.
He is a certified Personal Trainer, teacher at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, and licensed Massage Therapist. Jay believes healing comes from education and awareness of one’s body and one’s self and he is dedicated to being a guide and participant in the journey of self- transformation. **Wednesday GROUP CLASSES 2017**
7:00pm – 8:00pm: Newcomer (Level 1) West Coast Swing
In session no new students at this time. Class continues through Dec 6, 2017
Next Level 1 class is starting January 15 through the Loveland Rec center.
8:00pm – 9:15pm: Beginner/Intermediate West Coast Swing (Level 2/3)
This class is for those who know basics in WCS. It’s a drop in status.
First 15 min is warm ups.
Fee: $8.00 per person cash at the door

**Thursday GROUP CLASSES 2017**
7:00pm-8:00pm: Newcomer/Beginner (Level 1) Country Swing
You’ll learn the basic rhythm, how to lead and follow smoothly into turns, ropes, and spins. No ariels and lifts in this class. No partner necessary, for singles and couples.
Time: 7:00pm – 7:55pm
Fee: $8:00pp drop ins -cash paid on site
NEW Location: New Thought Center – this is at the newest dance space in Loveland. 5826 McWhinney Blvd, Loveland, CO. Located on the south side of McWhinney near the Bose Factory Store – look for the DANCE sign in the window.
Dates: Nov 2, 9, 16, 30 for Level 1 – Beginners
Dec 7 and 14: Level 2 – must have taken Level 1,
Newcomer 1: (Level 1) No experience needed. This class is for very beginner dancers. Instruction will move at the pace of the class. Basic patterns and emphasis placed on Lead/Follow and timing for that particular dance covered. Great class for practice for beginner dancers!
Beginner/Intermediate: Some experience expected. You will be expected to have some knowledge of Lead/Follow, connection, timing, and have taken some dance classes previously. This class will move along with pattern variations, developing a strong understanding of connection, rhythm and partnering and technique.
Group classes are open to both singles and couples-you do not need a partner to attend. Couples who come together do not need to change partners unless they want to; singles will rotate partners – plus I will lead or follow as necessary.
