It is a great way to get into shape and improve your dance skills without needing a partner! It is designed to develop and strengthen primary and secondary core muscles as well as improve your cardio, balance and footwork. Did I mention it is fun!! For both women and men.
What Kind of Dancing Is It?
Class will incorporate Cha Cha, West Coast Swing, and Samba with a cool down Bolero. Material is reviewed before the workout.
Who Can Do It?
It’s not just for dancers – non dancers will gain an understanding of basic dance steps.
This is different than other so called “dance” workouts because the movements are
true to dancing. You’ll enjoy the energy and fun moves of this class.
