I welcome Jay Kratz to help us as dancers live a more pain free and balanced life through his body awareness techniques and practices. If you’re looking for better balance, control of movement, lessen pain as you move or just improve the way you dance- this is a workshop for you. I was amazed how his techniques quickly and successfully corrected my own issues. Join me and let’s keep on DANCING!

*Walk away with a ‘home improvement’ program
*On the spot training to learn to minimize pain
*Learn body awareness techniques, how to stabilize muscles and increase movement efficiency
What to expect day of:
*pre sign in form to have filled out before the workshop
*wear comfortable clothes like if going to a gym, yoga, etc
*bring either a large towel or yoga type matt – we will be doing some floor exercises (there will be chair options also)
*water bottle *pen/ paper if taking notes

Jay Kratz CPT, LMT: Jay is the founder of the META Approach and a founder of META MVMT™.
He is a certified Personal Trainer, teacher at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado, and licensed Massage Therapist. Jay believes healing comes from education and awareness of one’s body and one’s self and he is dedicated to being a guide and participant in the journey of self- transformation.
