Why should you salsa? It’s a dance that moves your body to fun exotic music, takes you out of this world to a cruise on the Caribbean, to an island in the pacific, to somewhere where the sun and sand meet. It’s great exercise, it’s what makes Zumba so popular but it’s a social dance so you dance it with a partner – you go out, dress up and meet others. As a dancer it challenges your response in lead/follow, your timing your mind. How fun is that!
